We offer educational information regarding oral health, as it’s a direct link to your overall physical health. Our goal is to deliver value to our members through services, information, and advocacy. ABG provides members with a wide range of unique special services, and benefits that help them to achieve this goal. We use the buying power of all members nationwide to insure you get the best monthly premium possible. This privacy and cookie policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use and share personal data through our “Services,” including in connection with our email newsletters (the “Newsletters”), and when using this website (the “Website”). For example, if you subscribe to an add on program with one of our product providers, that information will need to be transmitted in order to provide you said services. We also aggregate information about our subscribers and the ways they use our Services. This information does not identify you personally. We use this information for market research purposes and to improve the quality of the Services we offer. Security
ABG has security measures in place designed to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our hardware infrastructure is housed in a controlled access facility that restricts access to authorized individuals with positive identification. The network infrastructure is protected by a firewall and traffic is monitored and logged both on the firewall and servers. Administrative access is limited not only to authorized employees but also to specific remote administration protocols. All employees with access to personal data are trained in ABG security policies and practices. We will continue to conduct internal reviews of its security systems and make all necessary enhancements to ensure the safety of the Website and its users. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure; therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
ABG products and Services are designed for those ages 18 and older. We do not intentionally gather personal data from visitors who are under the age of 18. If a child under 18 submits personal data to us and we learn that the personal data is the information of a child under 18, We will delete the information as soon as reasonably practicable. ABG collects data, including de-identified data, via our Services, to help tailor content and advertising. Cookies and web beacons are typically used to help collect this
information. We support the industry self-regulation program established for Online Behavioral Advertising (“OBA”). Each email sent through the ABG system contains an easy, automated way for you to stop receiving that newsletter. To unsubscribe, select the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of an email from us and follow the directions to communicate your preferences to us. Alternatively, you may reply to your ABG email and type the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. We also encourage you to participate in our referral program to share ABG with a friend
or colleague. When you provide us with a referral’s email address, we store this information for the sole purpose of sending the referral a one-time email inviting that person to register on the Website. We will not send newsletters or any additional emails until your referral has indicated to us that they desire to receive such material..
